It seems as a simple bedtime story until a modern working woman gets transported in this book and is reincarnated as Athanasia.

Ratings: 9.9 / 10

The series is good, worth reading. However, you may find it a little bit cliche. Btw, this is my favourite <3

Summary:

Instead of her, she becomes the empress and also wins the crown prince's love while Aristia is made the queen. Aristia meets an untimely death soon after she gave birth to a stillborn child. However, she is given a second chance to change her fate when she is transported back in time. She wakes up to find that she is a ten year old girl. Throughout the story, she is trying to change her fate desperately and avoid her unfair death. 

Ratings: 8.5/10

It may be a little bit boring for some readers if they have read a lot from the isekai and historical genre, but it is perfect if you have just discovered the historical / isekai world of mangas.

In a hurry, she flees from the castle along with her childhood friend and bodygaurd, Hak. They both hide in Fuuga, the capital city of the Wind Tribe as they are now regarded fugitives. Hak's adoptive father and the head of the Wind Tribe, suggests them to search for an exiled priest. They set out on the journey where they learn more about Kouka's history which was just regarded as a myth until now. As their journey continues, she discovers how everyone was suffering from misery under her father's rule.

It is a very different, unique and refreshing story, set in the medeival period of Asia. It is a fantasy, though it portrays the horrors, sacrifices and the struggle of being a royal very nicely. It gives off a very strong and passionate vibe. 

It also has an animation series in japanese.

4. Your Throne

Summary:

I'll warn you, it is not pure romance, like romance is just a sub genre, but instead thriller is what the main story is. I love everything, the art, characters, everything. It makes your heart go doki doki from suspense.

5. Elskar

Summary:

She then gets captured and is sold as a slave to a Duke. The Duke proposes a deal with her, he will protect Ragnaes and in return she will have to become the butterfly of the ladies' noble circle.

The  story is very unique and something creative, not the usual romance type. The characters have not, as of yet,  developed feelings towards each other so this one has a long way to go. I would reccomend it if you are a fan of slow romance and fanatsy.

The story will seem a bit cliche but I assure you, it's not. It is a very confusing romance between a notourious womanizer and a pure innocent lady, and their feelings. Their is character development throughtout the story and the comedy is very entertaining.

I'll be honest, it has an extremely cliche plot, but the more I read, the more I like it. For some reason, the way it is portrayed, it gives off a very interesting vibe, right from the first chapter.

8. Seduce The Villain's Father

But, her body cannot handle the enormous amount of mana, but if she stays next to the emperor, she feels better. So, she sets out on a mission to make the emperor like her and prevent the birth of the villain.

It is fairly different, not the usual kind of isekai. The funny thing is, it actually has some logic which most isekai mangas don't.

Ratings: 9 / 10

Worth reading. It is not only based on romance, but more on how Ebony recovers from all the guilt she felt. You may find it a bit boring as the feelings are still developing between the main characters.

It updates rarely, but when it does, it's like 10 or 15 chapters at once. The manga is very well portrayed, though it has some plot holes, they are barely noticeable. The story's a bit confusing but I think there is an explaination in the futher chapters. It is one of my favourites.
