Love Doesn't Talk
CHAPTERS: 53
STATUS: Completed
AUTHOR: Anne
Genres: Romance, drama, comedy, school life, No dialogue
Summary:
The femlae lead, Yuzuki, is such a sweet and innocent girl, in high school, trying to figure out her feelings which she doesn't quite understand. She really was the most clueless person in the story, yet it was adorable.
The male lead, Kou, was quite a character. I couldn't even imagine after reading the first few chapters that he would be the ml (I'm not disappointed, in case it seems so). He was the same as Yuzuki, as I said, clueless which just made him more of a sweetheart. His reactions vareid from a five year old child to a mature adult.
The art was so amazing that I just had to describe it. This type of art style is extremely rare. All the characters were very expressive with tiny bubbles drawn near them to show what he / she is thinking or feeling. The color pallete had cool and ligh shades, differing with each character according to their roles and personalities. It is quite abstract yet fulfiling, which greatly emphasized the main characters feelings for each other. With the background alone, you'll figure out what the character is going through. The author really managed to capture the attention of people solely with its art and plot, without a single dialogue. I just love it <3
The story was a bit cliche, but I didn't mind that. There was drama (a lot of it) and comedy (that too a lot) and a perfect plot. What else does anyone want?
I highly recommend this one. It is a slow burn high school romance with a love triangle that I love.
